Burgandy and Black Victorian Touring Hat

Beautiful Victorian hat accented with pansies and a large rose. Straw hat base in black with a black satin crown. Trimmed all around in black floral lace and a black tulle train is gathered, and hangs down about 36". One size fits all. Hat is about 15" across.
